The Benefits of Eating site has been launched! This website will provide the reader with descriptions and lists for the benefits of eating various different foods. With a personal interest in nutrition we are passionate about healthy eating. We hope that people who are informed about benefits of different products will also choose them. Therefore we will try to focus just on actually healthy food not a product which has maybe one benefit but also cause 10 times more harm. 

The first articles are about the benefits of eating apples, onions, garlic, yoghurt and almonds. Food trends and knowledge of food benefits is changing and growing like the fashion, therefore we will aim to add more information frequently and update readers about any changes on the past articles. The language we write is very understandable for general public and more foreign terms are explained were possible. This enables us to provide an easy and accessible reference with “straight to the point” information.
